What Is Rough Grading?

Rough grading is the process of changing the composition of the soil, the shape of the land, and manipulating drainage to fit your landscape goals. This takes into consideration existing trees, pools, walkways, patio, and other factors that must be examined. 

What Is Finish Grading?

Once your rough grading is complete, your land needs its finishing touches. That is what finish grading is. The ground will be prepared with grass, the surface will be smoothed out, rocks will be removed, large soil masses will be smoothed out and other debris removed to get your property at its best.
